Disk Chain feeding

Disk chain feeding  is also named  chain disk feed system or feed chain, it is one important pig farming equipment for the dry feeding solutions.

Disk chain feeding system is one closed feeding pipe circuit design, it starts from the feed boot at the bottom of the feed silo, where dry feeds will fall into the feeding pipe, then drive box will pull the disk chain to move in a circulation feeding pipes, feeding pipes are connected by the corner wheels if requiring change the directions; the dry feeds will move along with the moving of chain disks in the feeding pipe; through the openings of feed pipe, dry feeds will  be discharged and distributed into target feeders in different pens and houses

Chain feeding system consists many different components, like drive units, feed sensors,electric control cabinet, disk chains, feed pipes and connectors, corner wheels,feed boots, transfer hoppers, pipe joints, feed fall pipes and so on,all these components will combine into one automatic chain feeding system between the feed silos and feeders inside poultry houses
