Tri bar slat floor technical description

Welded galvanized slat floor with manure cleaning port for sows is a plate-like structure, including a cuboid frame plate body, regular size 2400*800mm or 2400*700mm, can also be customized according to specific needs.

The tail end of the slat floor is designed with a manure cleaning port, and one side of the manure cleaning port is provided with a manure leakage net that is sleeved on the side of the manure cleaning port through a latch and a door sleeve set on the side of the manure cleaning port.

The triangular section of the steel bar is an inverted triangle, forming a small gap on the top and a large gap on the bottom, which is convenient for feces to leak into the septic tank and will not block the gap. The beam is flat steel. The upper surface of the rebar is dented to prevent slippage.

The cross-section of the steel pipe is a right-angled triangle, one side of the two right-angled sides is the bottom side, and the other side is connected and fixed vertically with both ends of the beam. The bottom of the left and right triangular steel pipes of the floor is provided with ground teeth, which are overlapped on the plastic floor matched with this equipment.

The sows are housed in the triangular steel manure slat floor with the manure cleaning port, and the piglets are housed in the plastic floor. The ground teeth of the plastic floor and the triangular steel manure leakage floor are installed by snapping together. Together they form the sow farrowing crate floor.

The manure leaking grid can be turned over, and the steel of the manure leaking grid is triangular in cross section. A support sheet is fixed under the other side of the manure cleaning port, and the support sheet lifts the side of the manure leakage net upwards to locate the position where the manure leakage net is closed. The support sheet is located on the left and right sides or the support sheet is located in the middle position.

Welded galvanized slat floor also includes positioning pieces fixedly arranged at the four peripheral corners of the floor. There are two left and right latches on the side of the manure leakage net, which are respectively inserted into the two door sleeves arranged in the corresponding positions. There are 3 longitudinal steel bars in the manure cleaning mouth to prevent the opening from being too large when the manure cleaning mouth is open, and at the same time to support the leakage net.
