4.1 production process

Production process description:

① Breeding boars are raised in a single pen and limited in semi closed pig houses;

② Empty sows, including young reserve sows and weaned sows, are raised in semi enclosed houses;

③ The sows were inseminated in 7-10 days after weaning;

④ After fertilization, they enter the single pen pig house and carry out pregnancy observation about 28 days.

It is found that the estrous sow is inseminated again;

⑤ The pregnant sows were fed in limited amount and transferred to the litter house after 79 days;

⑥ The nursery is a unit type fully enclosed room, with 10 delivery beds per unit and limited feeding;

⑦ The suckling pigs were weaned after 28 days and transferred to the empty house;

⑧ After weaning, the suckling pigs were transferred to the nursery for 30-40 days;

⑨ And then transferred to the fattening house for 120-150 days.

4.2 technical indicators

The technical indicators reflect the advanced level of the proposed pig farm.

Among them, the conception rate of sows in estrus was more than 95%;

Sows produce 2 litters per year; 8.1 piglets survived in the first litter;

The sows survived 10-11 piglets;

The piglets were weaned at 35 days of age, and the weaning weight was more than 6kg;

The body weight of piglets reached more than 16KG at the age of 70 days;

The body weight of meat pigs reached more than 110kg at 185 days;

The daily gain of meat pigs in fattening period is more than 700g;

The ratio of weight gain and material consumption in fattening period was 1:3;

The meat receiving rate of pigs is more than 60%.

4.3 main technical measures

Early weaning enables suckling pigs to eat nutritious full price compound feed as soon as possible.

and their non benign growth in the early weaning period can be compensated in the later compensatory growth.

Due to early weaning, the annual output of sows can reach 2 litters.

the heat source from below, is very beneficial to the health of pigs, but the disadvantage is high cost, once damaged, it is difficult to repair.

4.3.4 breeding pigs shall be fed in a limited amount and meat pigs shall be fed freely.

The height of the water diverter from the ground is 80cm for breeding boars, 70cm for sows, 50-60cm for finishing pigs,

70cm for sows in delivery houses, 10cm for piglets, and 30-40cm for piglets in nursery houses.
